Distribute the shampoo between your fingers and massage it easily into the hair. Do you have long hair, it is ideal to wash the hair twice. Start by massaging shampoo into the scalp and then wash the lengths with a little extra shampoo. The shampoo can be used daily or as needed.
You can advantageously combine shampoo with Nilens Jord Conditioner and Treatment.
