Can I change the delivery address?

You can change the first selected delivery address to another address. You can do this until your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch. We do not have the option to change the delivery address once the order is packed or shipped. We must therefore ask you to contact us as soon as possible, as we try to have all orders shipped within 24 hours of placing an order.

Is there a shop - can we visit?

Not directly - but by appointment you can come by and see the products.
If you make an order - you can also choose to pick up.
You will hear from us as soon as the order is ready for pickup.

My package comes with damage?

We regret many times that you have received a package that has damage. Unfortunately, there is occasional transport damage. In order for us to take the matter further with the freight forwarder in question who delivered the package, we need information about your package, including photos of the package's condition upon delivery.

How do I advertise?

Of course, we regret that you have received an item that is broken or has faults / defects.

When you want to complain about an item, please contact our customer service and feel free to send us a picture of the defect. We will then help you with exchange, compensation or return.

I have not received my package.

When your package is ready to ship, we will send you a Track and Trace email. A package's T & T number does not work until the package has been scanned at the selected freight forwarder; DAO or PostDanmark.

If you have not received your package within 4 days of placing the order and you cannot see information about the package via the T&T number, we will of course help you find your package.
