Hæld lidt olie i hånden, inden olien masseres ind i huden.Du kan også bruge babyolie til at fjerne arp i hovedbunden. Lad olien sidde natten over og fjern skæl med en tættekam. Red grundigt, og vask derefter hårbunden med en mild babyshampoo/-bad.
