Close the eye slightly and apply the eyeliner very close to the lash line in gentle strokes, while softly lifting the skin just above the eyelid with a finger. Start drawing the line from the outer corner of the eye inward with a steady hand. To emphasize the shape of the eye, the line should be ultra-fine at the inner corner and slightly thicker at the outer. If using the eyeliner on the waterline, it is recommended to also use a concealer under the eye to avoid looking dark and tired.
