To experience the full effect, we recommend three months of use, which is the time your skin spends restoring itself (the skin's cycle). We also recommend that you combine night care Medday Care or Day Care Dry Skin. Together, the serums add all the skin need to function optimally - at night and during the day. 

The principle is that the skin must be nourished, nurtured and rebuilt at night - and that the skin must be protected against pollution, sun and stressful day. Application

Apply a small amount evenly to pure skin (face and throat) every night. After application, the skin feels reassured and balanced. 

Note that the cream serum is designed to be used alone, without the need for extra skin care. 

If you have a very dry skin type, you may find that you feel the need to apply more nutritious skin care products afterwards, but most skin types do not need extra skin care. This edge up to half an hour before the feeling of being moisturized is inserted, as the light and silicone-free serum does not lie on top of the skin, which many are used to skin care, but instead penetrates the skin. 

We encourage you to try to use this serum alone without applying cream afterwards for at least a few weeks to give the skin time to find your natural balance. If necessary, give your skin an extra layer of cream serum during this period if, after half an hour, you still feel that your skin needs more nutrition.
