Close the eye slightly and apply the eyeliner very close to the lash line in gentle strokes, while softly lifting the skin just above the eyelid with a finger. Start drawing the line from the outer corner of the eye inward with a steady hand. To emphasize the shape of the eye, the line should be ultra-fine at the inner corner and slightly thicker at the outer. If using the eyeliner on the waterline, it is recommended to also use a concealer under the eye to avoid looking dark and tired. You can apply the eyeliner very close to the lash line, on the waterline, as well as under the lower lashes. For a softer look, you can use a Blending Brush to blend out the eyeliner. To maximize the durability of the eyeliner on the eye, you can apply Eye Primer from Nilens Jord before applying eye makeup.
