Payment and delivery
We accept payment with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay, Diners Club, American Express.
The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped.
If you have ordered several items and one of the items is backordered, we will only deduct the payment for this item when the item is shipped.
The prices are stated in Danish kroner incl. VAT. On top of the price can be added the price of shipping. The price will appear in connection with your purchase. You choose the shipping method at the end of the order process. There may be. a payment fee is charged, depending on the chosen form of payment. Any fees will be stated in connection with your purchase.
We deliver the item 1-4 days days after your purchase.
We deliver the goods with DAO, GLS, PostNord or Coolrunner and we deliver to all countries in Europe.
What do I receive from Zero Allergy after a purchase
Immediately after you have completed the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation at your email address. Therefore, be careful to write your email address correctly.
The order confirmation states the billing address, delivery address, goods, amount, order number, etc. Always check and save this.
Please note that the order confirmation is, as the name suggests, a confirmation that we have received your order. This is not an order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation that the order has been sent when we send you an email with "Delivery and order confirmation" in the title bar. Hereby, the final agreement on ordering goods between you and Nulallergi.dk is considered to have been entered into.
If Nulallergi.dk is not able to fulfill your order as a result of, for example, sold-out items, we will contact you as soon as possible by either telephone or e-mail.
We reserve the right to make technical errors (including errors in shop prices), printing errors and stock management errors. We also reserve the right to change prices.
Right of withdrawal
When you as a consumer buy goods on the Internet, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Act. We have chosen to extend your statutory right of withdrawal to 30 days. This means that you have the right to cancel a purchase within 30 days (instead of 14 days).
You have the right to cancel a purchase without justification within 30 days. If you have bought several items in an order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. See about refund of delivery costs in case of cancellation below.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (but not the carrier) receives the goods in physical possession.
If you have ordered several items in an order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period runs from you or another person of your choice (except the carrier) will receive the last item in physical possession.
If you have ordered several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires from you, or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) will get the last lot or the last part in physical possession.
In the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period runs from you or another person that you have chosen (except the carrier), gets the first item in physical possession.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via https://nulallergi.dk/Traders do not have the right of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
You may lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal / packaging on the item or use the item.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is met if you send your notification that you regret the purchase before the withdrawal period has expired.
Return of the item and return costs
If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 30 days.
Items can not be sent per. cash on delivery or without delivery.
You must pay for the return of the item yourself.
Refund of money in case of cancellation
When you regret, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
- If you have purchased several items in an order and only regret part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.
- However, if you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, you will not be reimbursed for the additional cost.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received your notice of cancellation. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned, or until you have submitted documentation that the goods have been returned.
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Testing of the product and packaging
You are only liable for a possible deterioration in the value of the goods, which is due to a different handling of the goods than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which it works.
You may normally inspect the item in the same way as you can and may in a store, but you may not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or can in a business and we can not sell it again, or can not sell it at full price again, you must expect us to deduct the impairment in the amount you must have left. If the item no longer has a trade value, we do not refund the purchase amount, but instead send the item back.
As a customer, you must return the item in the original packaging.
You should also make sure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number.
Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item
As a consumer, you have a 24-month right to make a complaint under the Purchase Act. This means that if the item has a defect and you complain in a timely manner, you have the right to have the item repaired or exchanged in the first instance. If it can not happen, or it does not happen within a reasonable time, you can, depending on the circumstances, get your money back or a reduction in the price.
A defect can, for example, be a manufacturing or material defect, or incorrect information about the item. On the other hand, ordinary wear and tear or damage you have inflicted on the item yourself is not a defect.
If you discover a defect, you must complain to us "within a reasonable time". We recommend that you complain as soon as possible, especially in the case of transport damage. If you complain within 2 months after the defect is discovered, it is always within a reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and necessary shipping costs.
If you think the item is defective, please inform us in as much detail as possible what the problem is.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. Save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and possibly track and trace number.

Information submitted to www.nulallergi.dk is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, except Trustpilot, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.
We use Trustpilot.dk to obtain buyer experiences. Information collected from Trustpilot.dk is not passed on to others.
As a customer of AllergiFri ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are directed to AllergiFri ApS
You can only enter the competition once per draw. The competition is not conditional on purchase. You are in the draw for the prizes when you participate in the competition in question either by e-mail or on Facebook and / or have answered the questions correctly. In case of suspicion of cheating, we have the right to exclude participants from the draw.
If you win
The winners of the competition will be notified directly per. email, and the names are published on Facebook or in our newsletters. By entering the competition, you simultaneously accept this publication. The winners will receive their prize within approx. 14 days. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Please have your gift card code ready. When the card is exhausted, it automatically expires. Gift card purchases are not included in the total purchase price and therefore cannot be used to obtain a discount for minimum purchases.
Discount codes can be either made by Allergy-Free ApS / ZeroAllergy or come from external partners. If your discount code doesn't work, it may be because you've selected brands that are excluded from the code or the code may have expired. Our discount codes cannot be used with other discount codes.
Gift card purchases are not included in the total purchase price and therefore cannot be used to obtain a discount for minimum purchases.

Anyone can shop with us. However, you must be 18 years of age or 18 years old to enter into a credit purchase agreement.
When you subscribe/pay with a credit agreement, enter the date of birth to ensure that you are over 18 years of age.
An agreement can always be easily cancelled by a parent if it turns out that it has been entered into by a child or young person under the age of 18.
